The Step-Lift is a soft support that holds the front of your foot in a more level position while you walk. It sits inside your own shoe.

How to put it on

1. Slide the ankle cuff on like a wide sock band.
2. Clip the strap to the lace hook on your shoe.
3. Adjust the tension until your toe clears the ground comfortably.

Soft fabric throughout, with no rigid plastic shell to dig in. Fits inside most lace-up shoes and trainers. Weighs about as much as a pair of socks.
